1. Who is responsible
NEarlyAwesome is responsible for Infinite PB and this website.
For privacy questions or requests, email
northernalex@icloud.com.
2. Information Infinite PB uses
With your permission, Infinite PB reads running workouts and
related information from Apple HealthKit. Depending on what is
present and what you allow, this can include workout dates and
duration, distance, route, heart rate, active energy, elevation,
weather metadata, resting heart rate, VO₂ max and body mass. You
can also enter your date of birth, weather type and app preferences.
The app uses this information to calculate and display personal
bests, running-history insights, age-based results, condition
comparisons and suggested challenges. It does not make decisions
that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Where app information is stored
Infinite PB analyses HealthKit information on your device. Its
running-history cache, preferences, manually selected weather and
excluded-run list are stored locally on that device using Apple’s
storage protections. NEarlyAwesome does not receive or maintain a
server-side copy of your HealthKit history.
4. Optional NASA weather information
If you enable NASA POWER weather enrichment, the app sends a
rounded regional grid location and the workout date and hour
directly from your device to NASA POWER. This is used to request
regional temperature, humidity, wind, rainfall and cloud data.
The full route, workout identifier, heart rate and your name are
not included in that request.
NASA may receive technical information associated with an internet
request, such as your IP address, under its own privacy practices.
NASA services are based in the United States. You can decline or
disable NASA enrichment and continue using Infinite PB with
HealthKit and manually supplied weather information.
Read the
NASA web privacy policy
and
NASA POWER documentation
.
5. Permissions and legal basis
HealthKit access and optional NASA enrichment depend on choices
you make in the app. Where UK data-protection law applies, we rely
on your consent—and explicit consent for health information—to
provide these features. You can withdraw HealthKit permission in
iOS Settings and switch off NASA enrichment in the app. Withdrawing
consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
6. Support emails
If you contact support, we receive your email address and anything
you choose to include in your message. Please do not send health
information. We use support correspondence
only to answer your request, troubleshoot problems and protect the
service. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in providing
support. Messages are normally deleted within 12 months after the
issue is closed, unless they are needed longer for security or a
legal obligation.
7. This website
This website does not use advertising, analytics, tracking pixels,
contact forms or non-essential cookies. Its hosting provider may
process limited technical logs—including IP address, browser,
requested page and time of access—to deliver and secure the site.
This processing is based on the legitimate interest in operating a
reliable and secure website. Log retention is determined by the
hosting provider’s operational and security policies.
See the
Namecheap privacy policy

8. Sharing, selling and advertising
NEarlyAwesome does not sell personal information. The developers do not get access to or see any information from your healthkit and therefore have nothing that can be used for advertising, profiling or data brokerage. Other
than the optional NASA request described above, app information is
not disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
9. Retention and deletion
Local app information remains on your device until you remove it,
rebuild the app’s local history where available, or uninstall the
app. HealthKit source information is managed through Apple Health
and iOS privacy settings. Optional NASA responses are cached on
your device and are removed when the app or its data is removed.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have
rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information;
receive a portable copy; object to processing; and withdraw
consent. Infinite PB’s information is held only on your
device, so NEarlyAwesome may not possess information that can be
supplied in response to a request. Contact
northernalex@icloud.com to exercise a
right or ask a question.

11. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate
to the limited information involved. No method of storage or
transmission is completely secure. We may update this policy as
Infinite PB changes or legal requirements develop; the date at the
top will show the latest revision.
Infinite PB is a fitness insights app, not a medical device, and its
results are not medical advice.
